The studio offers a calm, tranquil, private space in the leafy suburb of Linden, in northern Johannesburg, with safe off street parking.
One of the best things about the Pilates method, is that it works so well, for a wide range of people. Whether you are rehabilitating from an injury, wanting to improve your posture because of lower back pain, tone and strengthen or simply improve your fitness levels, pilates is always a great choice. Pilates is also a safe and effective way to continue exercising during and after pregnancy.
I create a Pilates exercise program that is specific to your requirements. During our sessions, I will bring focus to building strength & control of the deep core muscles while improving posture, alignment, co-ordination & balance.

Group classes are kept small, with no more than 4 to 6 people per class, allowing for more individual attention.
Private one-on-one or semi-private duet sessions are also available.
Reformer classes are available for private one-on-one or semi-private sessions.
All levels, ages and abilities are welcome!

Bids Pilates follows the Body Arts and Science international method of teaching (BASI) and I’m registered with REPSSA (Register of exercise professionals South Africa).
